Corporate Structure Measurement Project: Analyzing Internal Corporate Dynamics
This project is dedicated to estimating and correlating various internal corporate factors, such as communication and job rotation, to understand their collective influences within an organizational setting.
- Experiment and Survey Design: We meticulously designed the experiment and formulated survey questions to capture the relevant aspects of internal corporate dynamics. The data collection process was streamlined using Excel VBA, ensuring only qualified data was selected for analysis.
- Hypothesis Development and Modeling: We developed targeted hypotheses to guide our study. Using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in AMOS, we were able to calculate and analyze test results, providing a deep understanding of the relationships between different corporate factors.
- Comprehensive Reporting and Recommendations: The project culminated in a detailed report that interprets the test results and offers professional recommendations. This report provides valuable insights into enhancing corporate structures and improving organizational efficiency.
